These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SkyvroNetworks marketplace, where buyers and sellers transact digital media assets such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram channels. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use SkyvroNetworks. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Sellers and buyers may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC) before transacting. We may suspend or limit accounts that provide false information, attempt to bypass verification, or violate these terms.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including subscriber counts, revenue figures, monetization status and ownership. Listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate platform or third-party policies (including YouTube’s Terms of Service) may be removed.
Eligible transactions are processed through an escrow flow: buyer funds are held until ownership transfer is confirmed, after which funds are released to the seller less applicable platform fees. Fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.
You may not use SkyvroNetworks for unlawful activity, to sell assets you do not own, to circumvent escrow, to manipulate metrics, or to harass other users. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to authorities.
SkyvroNetworks charges a commission on successful transactions. The applicable rate is displayed during checkout and may vary by listing type or promotion.
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. SkyvroNetworks is a marketplace and is not a party to the underlying sale between buyer and seller. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
